Copyright

  • With us any open access publication copyright is retained by the author(s). We understand that in some cases, an author is prevented from holding the copyright to their publication. In such case we admonish the author to contact us immediately their submission is made with us for adjustment to the copyright line and license statement in individual articles. Changing copyright line after publication of an article cannot be made.
  • Authors publishing with us grant our journal the right to publish the article as the original and authentic publisher.
  • In addition, authors also grant any third party the right to use the article freely and of which they are expected to reciprocate in maintaining its integrity and give credit to the original authors and identify the publisher.
  • The Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 formalizes these and other terms and conditions of publishing articles.

License agreement

In submitting an article to any of the journals published by Lujosh Ventures Limited (Lujosh) I certify that;

  1. I am authorized by my co-author(s) (if other authors exist) to enter into these arrangements.
  2. I warrant, on behalf of myself and my co-authors, that:
    • ​​the article submitted for publication is original, has no record of been published in any other peer-reviewed journal, neither is under consideration by any other journal and does not infringe any existing copyright or any other third party rights;
    • I am/we are the sole author(s) of the article and have full authority to enter into this agreement and in granting rights to this journal publish by Lujosh are not in breach of any other obligation;
    • the article contains nothing that is unlawful, defamatory, or which would, if published, make up a breach of contract or of confidence or of commitment given to secrecy;
    • The integrity of this article have been carefully maintained by me/us and that to my/our acceptable scientific knowledge, all statements contained herein are nothing but facts and are true and any formula or instruction contained in this article will not, if followed diligently and accurately, cause any harm, illness or endanger the user.
  3. I, and all co-authors, agree that the article, if editorially accepted for publication, shall be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0. The data included in the article shall be made available under the Creative Commons 1.0 Public Domain Dedication waiver, unless otherwise stated. If the law requires that the article be published in the public domain, I/we will notify the journal editorial office at the time of submission, and in such cases not only the data but also the article shall be released under the Creative Commons 1.0 Public Domain Dedication waiver.
